Product Owner/ Software Delivery Architect (m/w/d) at MWAY:

  • You will be responsible for the requirements analysis and conception, and you will actively support the development and quality assurance of modern web applications, mobile apps and backend systems
  • You will proactively take over the support for and communication with various customers and provide consulting services for software development, software introduction and (further) development of enterprise architectures
  • You identify potential for further development and provide support in preparing offers
  • You drive new IT projects together in an agile team and get involved in the selection of the most suitable technologies
  • You will also validate the optimal setup of the infrastructure or interfaces with colleagues from the development team
  • You will use your experience and technical know-how to develop intuitive operating concepts and wireframes alongside the UX team
  • You actively shape the agile processes and think outside the box - but you always keep an eye on the KPI’s (quality, timeline, budget, etc.) to measure and track success

Your Ideal Skillset

  • A degree in computer science or a comparable training with a focus on information technology
  • Several years of professional experience in IT consulting (requirements engineering), IT project management or software development
  • Experience in the conception of IT applications and IT infrastructures
  • Fascinated with complex IT architectures and infrastructure setups with integration to different systems and external APIs
  • Great passion for mobile IT projects as well as affinity for technologies for the development of mobile apps or backend systems (e.g. Flutter, Objective-C, SWIFT, Kotlin, TypeScript, HTML5, Java/Spring Boot, Node.js, REST, GraphQL)
  • You are familiar with tools and methods (e.g. JIRA) for project planning and implementation
  • Quality awareness with practical experience in testing approaches
  • Team player with a strong sense of responsibility who enjoys leading and motivating employees
  • Excellent problem solving, communication and persuasion skills
  • Very good communication skills in German and English
